Sometimes I think Anthony could well be the Devil incarnate, especially recently. We are not sure if his marked increase in violent behavior is related to a change in medication unless there was a month lag time, and the medication we changed to is one we used before without noticing a difference. We changed because of the prohibitive cost of the one we had been using.

Anyway, Anthony regulary goes off over the littlest things, and then even sometimes when there appears to be no trigger whatsoever. We can deal with new holes in the walls here and there, but he gets even more upset if we do not allow him to dig his fingernails into us or otherwise engage him. To be on alert so often with him is emotionally draining.
